1. The service
Mycompose (mycompose.ch) is a social-media planning and publishing application operated by:
Mycomp IT-Services GmbH

Email: socialmedia@mycomp.ch
It allows brands, agencies and their teams to draft, approve, schedule and publish content to the social media accounts they connect. By accessing the service you accept these terms.
2. Accounts
Accounts belong to customer workspaces and are created by us or by an administrator of the workspace. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or compromise the security of the service.
3. Acceptable use
- Only connect social media accounts you are authorized to manage.
- Do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing or that violates the policies of the target platform.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other workspaces or the underlying infrastructure.
- Do not use the service to send spam or automated content at abusive volumes.
4. Content and responsibility
You (or your organization) retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Mycompose. You are responsible for the content you submit, for having the necessary rights to it and for its compliance with applicable law and platform policies. We only process it to operate the service, as described in our privacy policy.
5. Third-party platforms
Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile or TikTok is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for changes, restrictions, review decisions or outages on their side, including the revocation of API access.
6. Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service or individual features at any time; where reasonably possible we will announce material changes in advance.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or data loss caused by third-party platforms or force majeure.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Mycomp IT-Services GmbH (Canton of Thurgau, Switzerland), subject to mandatory statutory venues.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
